The French Sailor, is a vareuse or historically a 'marinière'. One of our favoriete French pieces we found when going on holiday (and buying trips) to Normandy. It brings a rich nautical tradition into everyday wear. It was originally part of sailors' and French navy uniforms, valued for its comfort and practicality. But still a lot of people wear them around working on boats and with workwear in fashion you can wear them everywhere.
